Ran Herbs & Co was established in 1995 and is jointly owned by Gal M. Ran and Yaniv Murciano. Our offices are located in Kibbutz Nachshonim, in central Israel, and we provide products to pharmacies, health food stores, private clinics and public entities throughout the country.

Ran Herbs & Co produces nutritional supplements and herbal products and is also engaged in research and development, wholesale and retail marketing of products, clinical practice and training courses for professionals in the fields of clinical herbalism and naturopathy.

Our work is grounded in professional cooperation between Ran Herbs & Co and "Herbal Remedies Laboratories", one of the leading producers of nutritional supplements in Israel. Together the two companies create innovative herbal products and supplements under the brand name Ran Herbs & Co as well as under the labels of various private clinics, pharmacies and other customers. Our products are produced in a state of the art facility, and quality control is overseen by the strict standards of ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and GMP. All products are certified Kosher.

Beyond our production capacity, we also offer research and development services, headed by Gal M. Ran, for customers interested in developing new products. We guide the customer through the many stages of production, from research to certification, branding and design, consistently maintaining strict quality standards.

We have developed unique manufacturing processes which combine dual-stage extraction through reaction and percolation in order to ensure maximum extraction of active herbal ingredients. Our system also includes a quality control unit which performs analytical tests on each batch produced. We retain the capacity to produce varying quantities and work with a diverse clientele ranging from large pharmacies and health food stores to private labels that need small amounts of specific formulae.

In addition to producing herbal products, Ran Herbs & Co maintains a clinic as well as an academic center which trains clinicians. Also, our website is recognized as the most comprehensive professional Hebrew website in the field of herbal medicine.

The company's owners are among the leading figures in naturopathy and clinical herbal medicine in Israel. Yaniv Murciano is the Chair of the Naturopathy Department of "Merav", the school of complementary medicine owned by the Open University and Macabi Health Services. Gal M. Ran is the Head of the "Israeli Herbalists Association". Both Ran and Murciano are members of the American Herbalists Guild.

The Ran Herbs & Co employs approximately 30 trained people, whose positions include management, customer service, research, production and marketing. At present, the company is in the process of rebranding and transition with regard to the scope of our business and diversity of clientele. We are anticipating significant development in the coming years.
